摘    要:以Ni(NO3)2和(NH2)2CO3为原料,在水溶液中反应得Ni2(OH)2CO3前驱体,前驱体经400℃热解可得平均粒径为20.3nm无团聚的纳米NiO粉体。经XRD分析可知无Ni、Ni2O3等衍射峰存在,同时将实验结果与乙醇溶液中草酸盐沉淀法及水溶液中NH2HCO3作沉淀剂所得产物进行了比较,并分析了水溶液中(NH2)2CO3沉淀法的优点。

Abstract:Nano-NiO powder was prepared by thermal decomposition of the precursor of Ni_2(OH)_2CO_3 obtained via chemical reaction between Ni(NO_3)_2 and (NH_4)_2CO_3 in water solvent.Experiment results showed that the NiO particles were non-agglomerated and well dispersed with the average size of 20.3nm.In addition,there were no diffraction peaks of Ni and Ni_2O_3 from XRD measurements.Compared with oxalate precipitation method in ethanol solvent or NH_4HCO_3 precipitation method in water solvent,it was found that (NH_4)_2CO_3 precipitation method in water solvent had many advantages,and the mechanisms were also discussed.
