碟形弹簧的变形和应力分析

摘    要:本文将碟形弹簧简化为具有初挠度的圆环形薄板的对称弯曲问题。应用薄板非线性理论的变分方法求解基本方程,得到了单片碟形弹簧的载荷和变形关系以及应力分布及其计算公式。文中还给出了碟形弹簧受载后不发生“跳跃”现象的条件及其计算方法。这对正确设计碟形弹簧,使其稳定而可靠地工作提供了设计的理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the study of disc spring is simplified and regarded as the symmetrical bending of circular plate with initial bending deflection. By the variational method, the governing equation of the plate non-linear theory is solved, and he relationship between load and deformation of a single spring leaf is obtained. The stress distribution and the calculation equation are also given. In addition, the conditions undr which a loaded disc spring does not jump are presented together with its calculation method. This study provides a theoretical basis for designing the disc spring which may work more stably and reliably.
