苯直接胺化制苯胺技术进展

摘    要:介绍了国内外苯直接胺化制苯胺技术进展概况,探讨了胺化反应中的催化剂和氧化剂对苯胺的选择性和收率的影响。用O2作氧化剂,胺化反应需高温高压;H2O2氧化法在常压低温的温和反应条件下即可发生。我国用H2O2作氧化剂的合成技术的研发取得了很多成果,具有很好的工业化应用前景。

Abstract:To introduce the technology development of the synthesis of aniline via direct amination of benzene at home and abroad.To discuss effect of catalysts and oxidants on selectivity and yields of aniline in amination reaction.With O2 as oxidant,amination reaction needs high temperature and high pressure;with H2O2 as oxidant,amination reaction only needs normal pressure and low temperature.Research and exploitation of synthesis technology with H2O2 as oxidant have many achievements in China.It has good application prospects of industrial production.
