摘    要:采用共沉淀方法,以可溶性钴盐和铁盐为源物质,以氢氧化物作为沉淀剂,制备出了具有尖晶石结构的CoFe2O4复合氧化物粉末.由CoFe2O4粉体制成的旁热式厚膜气敏元件无需掺杂,对乙醇、丙酮、乙酸具有较高的灵敏度.

Abstract:Compound oxide CoFe2O4 powder with spinel structure was synthesized with solution of soluble cobalt and iron salt which are under given Mole proportion and hydroxide as precipitator by chemical co-precipitation.The gas-sensing properties of the CoFe2O4 are studied and the results reveal that the gas sensors based on CoFe2O4 which is heater type and thick film have a high sensitivity to ethanol,acetone and acetic acid without doping.
