石泉扩机工程设计优化及其实践

摘    要:在石泉水电站扩机工程设计中,采用了如下设计优化措施;取消调压井,以水轮机筒型阀代替蝶阀;采用新型机组取代老机组等,累计节省电站建设投资5495.0多万元。运行实践与试验证实设计优化是成功的,可保障电站与机组安全运行。

Abstract:In design of the Shiquan expansion project, the following optimal design measures are adopted: The surge tank is canceled; the butterfly valve replaced by turbine cylinder valve; and the old generator units replaced by the new type units. As a result, over 54.95 million Yuan was saved for the project investment. The test and operation shows that the design is successful and the safety operation of units and power station is guaranteed.
