头部亚低温治疗脑出血的临床观察

目的观察局部亚低温治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法将82例脑出血患者分为两组:亚低温治疗组(42例)和对照组(40例),治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用局部亚低温治疗,对照组为单纯常规药物治疗。观察治疗前、后病人神经功能缺损评分(SSS评分)及日常生活量表评分(ADL评分)的改变。结果治疗后两组SSS评分和ADL评分较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较SSS评分和ADL评分降低有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论局部亚低温治疗脑出血可明显改善神经功能缺损程度,改善预后。

Clinical Observation of the Brain-located Mind Hypothermia Auxiliary Therapy on Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To observe the effect of the brain-located mind hypothermia auxiliary therapy on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 82 patients were divided into two groups,treatment group(42 cases) and control group(40 cases).Regular treatment was used in both groups,and the located mind hypothermia therapy was just applied in treatment group.At last observe the change of stroke patient clinical neurological defict degree test(SSS test) and activities of daity living test(ADL test).Results After therapy in experiment group and control group the SSS test and ADL test have obvious drop(P < 0.05).The degree of the drop is obvious difference in the experiment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The brain-located mind hypothermia therapy can promote the nerve function deficient recovery,and significantly improve prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients.
