采暖循环水泵并联运行工况数学模型研究

摘    要:建立了单台水泵及两台水泵并联运行工况的数学模型,进行了模拟计算,两台水泵并联运行最佳工况点的总流量比单台泵运行流量增加约25%,功率增加40%;而在非最佳运行工况点,并联运行后总流量增加最少时不到6%,耗功率增加最大时为57%。

Abstract:The mathematical models on a single pump operation and two pumps parallel operation are set up in this paper. The results of RXL series pumps in parallel operation are calculated based on the data of pumps for RXL series. The flow of two pumps parallel operation increases approximately 25 % more than that of a single pump operation and the power increases approximately 40 % more than that of a single pump operation at the point of optimum operation. If two pumps in parallel operation is not at the point of optimum operation, the flow of two pumps in parallel operation increases about 6 % more than that of a single pump operation, and the power increases at most 57 % more than that of a single pump operation. The best design scheme is the one of a single pump operation.
