土地调查中城乡土地面积计算的差别及其处理方法

第二次全国土地调查工作中，城镇与农村地区的土地面积在计算方法上有所不同，农村地区的土地面积是以椭球面为基础的面积即球面面积，城镇地区的土地面积是以平面为基准的面积即平面面积，两者之间存在差异并按一定规律变化。当调查区处于投影带边缘附近时，同一图斑的球面面积与平面面积之间差异达到最大。由于采用不同的计算方法会导致面积数量的差异，因此在进行农村与城镇有关土地数据整合时出现问题。为此，针对城乡土地面积计算的差别提出了具体的处理方法，以保证城镇与农村土地调查数据属性的一致性。

Difference and Its Disposal Method of City and Countryside Land Area Calculation in Land Survey

In second land inquiry throughout the country,there is the difference of land area calculation methods.A rural district is based on ellipsoid area;a town district is based plane area.The both differences of area vary with the determinate rule.When inquiry district lies in the edge nearby of the projection zone,the difference value between ellipsoid area and plane area reaches maximum in same plot.This paper introduces the difference disposal method to ensure the consistency of land inquiry data attribution.
