微细喷油孔电火花加工机床控制系统研究

摘    要:在对微细喷油孔电火花加工机床的结构特点和加工原理进行分析的基础上,研究开发了该机床的控制系统,详细介绍了该控制系统的设计原理及其硬件与软件组成,并对其控制方法、抗干扰等关键问题进行了分析研究.实验结果表明,该控制系统能实现微细喷油孔的高效、高精度的电火花加工.

Abstract:A control system of the micro spray-holes electro-discharge machining(EDM) machine tool was developed on the basis of the analysis of structure characteristic and processing principle of the machine tool.The design principle,hardware and software of the control system was detailed.And the control technology,anti-interference and other critical issues were analyzed.Experimental results show that the control system can process micro spray-holes efficiently with high-precision by EDM.
