| 摘 要： | 对含XT铁系磷化液成膜的影响因素的研究结果表明,铁系磷化液使用过程中无沉渣,以XT盐为主要成分的铁系磷化液可形成优异的薄层磷化胶体膜。在50~70℃,浸泡3~5m in,pH值为2~3.5时磷化成膜均匀完整,为彩虹色。总酸度在61.0~180.0点时,磷化成膜均匀完整并逐渐增厚、每吨8倍磷化浓缩液的磷化面积为30882 m2。
