摘    要:机械创新实验教学对培养学生创新意识、提高创新兴趣、激发创造欲望、培养科研能力有着不可替代的作用,是实现素质教育和创新人才培养的重要环节。本文通过调整机械创新实验教学体系、改革实验教学内容与方法、结合课外实践教学活动的研究,探讨机械创新人才培养模式。

Abstract:Mechanical innovative experimental teaching plays an irreplaceable role in fostering the awareness of innovative interests, stimulating the desire of creation, and developing the research capacity. It is an important part to achieving quality education and innovative personnel training. By adjusting the machine of experimental and innovative teaching system, reforming the teaching content and methods, combining with practice teaching studies in extra-curricular, this paper explores the innovative personnel training model of mechanical.
