| 摘 要： | 本文根据化学反应速率方程,结合浮选动力学相关研究,推导出涉及二个常数的实验室浮选柱对100%ONP以脱墨效率为参数的浮选脱墨过程的浮选速率机理模型,定义了广义浮选速率常数.利用实验室浮选柱进行浮选脱墨,综合浮选时间、实际脱墨效率,验证了理论实验模型的适用范围.

| Abstract: | Based on the chemical reaction rate equation and the flotation kinetics model,the flotation rate model of laboratory flotation column to 100% ONP in deinking flotation process for parameter as deinking efficiency was derived,which involved two constants.The flotation rate constant was defined.The applicable range was proved for rate model in deinking process of flotation column when analyzing flotation time,actual deinking efficiency. |
