| 摘 要： | 通过对某体育馆建设工程的监理实践，论述了监理组织、监理控制的手段和方法，并对出现的一些质量问题产生原因及处理措施作出简明分析与评估；质量控制的重点是桩基工程、预应力工程和设备安装工程；对正确预防、控制与处理工程裂缝及渗漏问题提出了具体措施。该工程竣工验收总体质量评价较好，监理效果达到预期目标。

| Abstract: | The discussion is based on the supervision practice of one gymnasium construction, concerned with its supervision organization establishment, content and quality control approaches. A brief analysis of the causes for some quality problems and assessment of their treatment result are made. Key points for quality control are pile foundation, prestressing engineering and equipments installation. Concrete measures for the prevention, control and treatment of cracks and leakages are presented. General quality of the project is regarded nice in the final acceptance, indicating the success of the quality control measures. |
