摘    要:把SiO2纳米颗粒加入到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)铸膜液中能配成稳定、均匀、透明的溶液,同时会使铸膜液黏度增大.采用相转化法和溶剂浇铸法制成两类有机-无机杂化膜.实验结果表明,亲水型SiO2能增强膜的亲水性,减慢膜的凝胶速度,并使膜的纯水通量、截留率、孔隙率和结构发生显著的改变.

Abstract:The SiO2 nanopaticles were added into the PVDF casting solutions and the resulted suspension were uniform,transparent and stable.The addition of SiO2 nanoparticles increased the viscosities of casting solution and slowed the coagulation process.The results show that the flux,contact angle,retention of BSA,porosity and structure of the organic-inorganic hybrid membranes can be changed a lot by the addition of SiO2 nanoparticles.
