摘    要:提出了一种新的形成电力系统状态估计可观测岛的拓扑分析方法。该方法利用内网等值的思想隐去支路量测岛内部节点,将仅由边界节点和它们之间的岛际互连支路构成的若干待并网作为分析对象,总结了关于度1,度2节点的特殊合并规则,当量测岛互联成网状时,提出了利用潮流定解条件判定量测岛是否可合并的简单规则,文中对所提规则进行了验证并对所提方法的有效性进行了讨论。

Abstract:A new topological algorithm is proposed for the observability analysis of power system state estimation to overcome the difficulty in merging and extending observability islands. It is based on branch flow criteria combining with injection measurements. The nodes in interior network of observability islands are ignored using the idea of equivalence, during the combination of the islands. The sub-networks formed by branches connecting with different islands and their terminal nodes, called boundary nodes, are taken as our research objects. Several rules based on the solvable condition of power flow are proposed to judge the combination of islands. The validity and efficiency of the method are verified.
