渐开线齿轮机构输出扭矩波动率的计算

摘    要:不计齿间摩擦影响的传统渐开线齿轮理论认为:只要齿轮机构输入扭矩保持恒定,则输出扭矩也维持不变,通过系统地分析及研究齿间摩擦对渐开线齿轮机构输出扭矩波动的影响。推导出一组可直接计算输出扭矩波动率的方程组及计算流程图。该方程组及流程图所显示的数学及力学关系表明:即使渐开线齿轮机构的输入扭矩保持恒定不变,其输出扭矩也必然会发生一定的波动;输出扭矩的波动率将与齿间滑动摩擦系数、齿轮机构制造精度以及齿轮齿数密切相关。

Abstract:The traditional involute gearing theory which omits the effect of the friction between teeth considers provided the input torque of the involute gearing keeps constant,its output torque also keeps unchanged.This paper makes systematic analysis and research on the effect of friction between teeth on the fluctuation ratio of the output torque of the involute gesring and derives the equation group and flowchart,by which the fluctuation ratio can be directly calculated and determined.The mathematic relationships shown in the equation group and flowchart indicate even if the input torque of the invdute gearing keeps constant,its output torque surely fluctuates to some extent.It is concluded that the fluctuation ratio of the output torque of the involute gearing is closely relative to the sliding friction coefficient between teeth,tooth numbers of the gears and manufacturing precision of the gearing.
