大颗粒LSM的制备及表征

摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了固体氧化物燃料电池的阴极材料LSM(La0.8Sr0.2Mn03).利用XRD、粒度分析仪、BET、SEM测试手段分析灼烧温度对所得粉体的晶相组成、颗粒粒度、比表面积及粉体形貌的影响.研究结果表明,随着灼烧温度的升高,形成的钙钛矿型结构渐趋完整,粉体的粒度逐渐增大,比表面积逐渐减小,其中心粒径都在30μm以上.

Abstract:The cathode material of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) LSM(La0.8Sr0.2MnO3) was synthesized by coprecipitation method.Effect of calcination temperature on phase,particle size,surface area and powder morphology was analyzed though XRD,particle size analyzer,surface area analyzer and SEM test method.Research results show that the formation of perovskite structure become more and more completed,the particle size constantly grow and the surface area gradually decrease with the increasing of calcination temperature.
