稀土在消失模法形成铸件的局部应用

摘    要:在消失模形成铸件过程中,模型局部加入Ce,铸件成型后,Ce溶入了铸件表层.试验表明,稀土溶入钢中改变了铸件局部特性,提高了钢的硬度,增强了钢的冲击韧性.分析了稀土溶人铸件表层的力学性能及形成机理.

Abstract:Vanishing pattern method was applied to form cerium layer on steel casting in this paper.The test results show that cerium can improve the strength and toughness of steel.The mechanical properties and forming mechanism of the layer were analyzed.
