In this article the author analyzes the telephone switchboard which usually is poorly managed, and points out the necessity of establishing comprehensive monitoring of telephone switchboard. Using a comprehensive monitor designed many year ago which ran stably the author analyses its structure and design phylosophy and describes its integration principle in detail.
