| 摘 要： | 2004年梅山选矿厂在降磷弱磁作业7#系列采用半逆流型磁选机代替顺流型磁选机,试验表明,其精矿品位、金属回收率均高于6#系列,尾矿品位低于6#系列.本文分析了两种磁选机的工作原理,指出了应用中存在的问题,并提出了解决方法.

| Abstract: | In 2004,No.7 phosphor-reducing magnetic separation line has been tested to use semi counter-stream magnetic instead of downstream magnetic separator.Test result has shown that the concentrate grade & metal recovery rate of No.7 is higher than that of No.6 line while the tailing grade is lower.The principle of downstream magnetic separator and semi counter-stream magnetic separator,the problems in their application and the solutions are explained. |
