| Abstract: | The practical implementation conception is discussed in distribution network boosting reconstruction from 10 kV to 20 kV in county area.The rationality of 20 kV distribution network construction in Hongze county.Jiangsu is demonstrated.The construction and target framework of 20 kV distribution network in this area are introduced.The key points which need concern,major existing problems and construction strategy to work division by division are analyzed. |
