凸螺杆转子旋风铣削技术的研究

摘    要:为提高凸螺杆的加工效率和加工精度,将具有切削平稳、效率高等特点的传统旋风铣削技术与具有轨迹控制灵活等特点的数控技术相结合,提出了内旋风数控包络铣削螺杆螺旋曲面的新方法.从最小有向距离原理出发,将控制轨迹的计算问题转化为求解距离函数的最小值问题,得出了能准确、快速计算出刀具轨迹的方法,并给出了计算实例.结果表明,采用内旋风数控包络铣削技术可大大提高凸螺杆的加工效率和加工精度.

Abstract:To improve the machining efficiency and precision of convex screws,a new method was put forward for inner whirlwind NC enveloping milling of screw curved surface.In this method,the whirlwind milling technology with characteristics of the smooth cutting process and high efficiency and the NC technology with the characteristic of flexible trace control were combined together.Based on the minimal directional distance principle,the calculation of the control trace was transformed into solving the minimum value of distance function.The method of calculating accurately and fleetly the cutter trace was obtained.A calculating example is presented.It is found that with the inner whirlwind NC enveloping milling technology,the machining efficiency and precision of convex screws can be greatly improved.
