气垫带式输送机气垫压力场研究与数值模拟

摘    要:给出不同盘槽位置角气垫压力的计算公式和气垫压力的理论分布曲线。运用FLU-ENT软件,对实例中的气垫流场作了数值模拟,分别给出相同气垫不同开孔直径气垫压力分布曲线,相同孔径、相同形状、不同厚度气垫压力分布曲线和相同孔径、不同形状气垫压力分布曲线。给出理论计算与模拟结果对比情况。

Abstract:To give the expressions of air - cushion pressure and make the graph of it, the experimentally studying method is introduced. By means of FLUENT software,the air-cushion flow field of a real example is numerically simulated. The distributing curve of air-cushion pressure, based on three conditions such as the same air - cushion thickness and different hole diameter; the same hole diameter and air - cushion shape, different thickness; the same hole diameter and different air-cushion shape, is respectively made.
