新型水性聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂的制备与表征

摘    要:利用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)与聚乙二醇(PEG)合成预聚体,加入系列扩链剂进行扩链,并通过十六醇封端合成了水性聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂(HEUR)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征了HEUR的结构,通过粘度的测定,研究了不同扩链剂对HEUR增稠性能的影响,并对HEUR相对分子质量大小及分布系数进行测定。结果表明,1,4-丁二醇作为扩链剂合成的HEUR,其增稠性能以及纯度要好于1,2-十四碳二醇、1,2-辛二醇、一缩二乙二醇扩链剂合成的HEUR。

Abstract:Using six methylene diisocyanate ( HDI) and polyethylene glycol ( PEG) synthesis pre-polymers, a series of chain extenders used in chain extension reaction, and the hexadecanol used as sealing side, the new type polyurethane associative thickener was synthesized. Using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, the structure was charactered. The polyurethane associative thickener performance influence with different chain extenders was stud-ied through determination of the viscosity. The determination of molecular weight of polyurethane associative thick-ener and molecular weight distribution coefficients were charactered. The results showed that the thickening proper-ties and purity using 1,4-butylent glycol as chain extender was better than 1,2-tetradecadienoic alcohol,1,2-sym-plectic glycol and diethylene glycol.
