烯酰吗啉原药合成技术改进

摘    要:以4-氯-3,4-二甲氧基二苯甲酮和N-乙酰吗啉为原料,正辛烷为溶剂,在氢氧化钠催化剂作用下合成了烯酰吗啉。考察了催化剂用量、吸水剂、反应时间等因素对烯酰吗啉收率的影响,优化的反应条件为:二苯甲酮∶乙酰吗啉∶氢氧化钠=1∶2∶3(摩尔比),二苯甲酮∶正辛烷=1∶3(体积比),回流反应20~22h,在此条件下产品烯酰吗啉收率88.0%,纯度98%。

Abstract:Dimethomorph was synthesized from 4-chloro-3,4-dimethoxybenzophenone and n-acetylmorpholine with sodium hydroxide alkali as catalyst,n-octane as solvent.The effects of mole ratio of the catalyst,sort of the water-absorption and time of the reaction on the yield of dimethomorph were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained.The yield of dimethomorph attained 88% with the mole ratio of 4-chloro-3,4-dimethoxybenzophenone to n-acetylmorpholine to sodium hydroxide were 1∶2∶3(mol reaction),the volume ratio of 4-chloro-3,4-dimethoxybenzophenone to n-octane were 1∶3,reflow temperature for 20~22h.
