| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿企业代管社区用电设备及制度落后制约经济发展的问题,以冀中能源井陉矿业集团三矿社区为实例,通过对该社区居民供电运行模式进行科学分析,作出了合理可行的实施方案,积极推广先进节能技术、实施居民用电分割,实现居民用电与企业分离,有效的降低企业社区成本并满足了居民的现代化精神和物质需求。

| Abstract: | According to electrical equipment of coal mining enterprises and institutions hosting community backward restricting economic development issues,take No.3 mine in Jingxing Mining Corporation Group of Jizhong Energy,through the scientific analysis of community-powered mode operation,a reasonable and feasible implementation program was made,which actively promoted advanced energy-saving technologies,implemented residential electricity segmentation,achieved separation of residential electricity and enterprises,effectively reduced costs and met the residents of the community of the modern spiritual and material needs. |
