摘    要:研究了包钢选矿厂尾矿的矿物组成与稀土浮选指标的关系以及浮选的主要工艺参数和药剂组合对稀土浮选指标的影响。通过对浮选流程结构的研究,提出了二个新的浮选流程。与现选矿厂生产正在使用的浮选流程相比,它们具有流程结构简单和稀土选别指标高的优点。

Abstract:Relationship of the mineral compositions of the rare earth elements,the effects of the main technological parameters and the combination of the flotation reagents such as collector,depressor,pH regulator and frother on flotation index of the rare earth elements have been studied.Two new flotation flow sheets used to improve the flotation index of the rare earth elements were presented.Compared with the old flotation flow sheet,whichis being used in the Baotou Mineral Processing Plant,these two new flotation flow sheets have such advantages as simpler flow structure and higher flotation index of rare earth elements.
