溶胶-凝胶法在吸收剂表面制备SiO2涂层

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法在多晶铁纤维和炭黑吸收剂的表面分别制备了SiO2涂层,考察了SiO2涂层对吸收剂电磁参数和吸波性能的影响。试验结果表明,多晶铁纤维涂覆SiO2涂层后,表面电导率大大下降,改善了匹配性能,吸波性能得到明显的提高。炭黑表面涂覆SiO2涂层后,介电常数显著下降,高频吸波性能得到明显改善。

Abstract:SiO_2 coating is perpared on the surface of microwave absorbent,such as polycrystalline iron fibers(PIF)and charcoal black powder(CP),and what effect it will take on aborbing properties are studied.The results show that after coating,the conductance of PIF is reduced,matching performance is improved and absorbing property is enhanced notablely and dielectric constant of CP falls down and absorbing property is improved on high frequence.
