数控电火花成型机的自适应控制技术研究

摘    要:针对数控电火花成型机中电火花加工间隙放电过程难以控制的问题,提出基于电火花加工间隙状态的识别和合理的伺服进给系统的电火花自适应控制技术。通过正确的间隙检测方法,配以专家系统和决策控制软件,保证数控电火花成型机的工作可靠和安全,并使长期无人控制操作成为可能,从而为数控电火花成型机的自适应控制技术研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the problem of numerical control electric spark forming machine of electric spark machining gap discharge process is difficult to control, put forward the EDM adaptive control technology based on the identification of the machining gap of the spark and servo feed system. Through the correct gap detection method supported by expert systems and decision control software, the CNC EDM machine reliability can be ensured, safe and long-term unmanned operation can also be made possible. Thus provide a theoretical basis for CNC EDM machine adaptive control technology study.
