列车供电系统的设计与选型

摘    要:为了提高列车供电系统的功率因数,减小输出电压的波动,对主电路提出了基于"二极管不控整流+IGBT降压斩波"的设计。通过对主电路的PSIM仿真,表明该电路能够使DC600V电源的功率因数提高到0.9以上,而且使输出电压稳定在600V左右,达到了设计目的。最后对主要器件进行了选型设计,为今后铁路技术部门对列车供电系统的具体改造提供初步方案和技术支持。

Abstract:In order to improve the lower power factor,output voltage fluctuation and other defects of the existing train power supply system, the design of the main circuit based on the rectifier Diode + IGBT buck chopper was tried out in this paper. By PSIM software, the working cases of different input voltage of the main circuit were simulated. The results showed that it makes the output voltage stabilizing between 595-605V in 0.3s and the Power Factor exceed 0.9 ,meets the demand of the train, the main component selection was given. The paper can provide preliminary solutions and technical support for the existing train power supply system renovation working of railway technical department.
