基于ANSYS的固定管板式换热器热结构耦合场分析

摘    要:以某石化公司一台存在安全隐患的固定管板式换热器为评估对象,利用ANSYS软件的参数化设计语言APDL,编制适合于固定管板式换热器分析设计的通用程序,通过间接法对该换热器进行热结构耦合场分析,得到壳程压力、管程压力和温度载荷同时作用的在役工况下应力分析计算数据;并依据JB4732-95《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》,对可能存在风险的部位进行了分析校核,得知该换热器各部件均满足校核条件,且安全裕度均大于1.23,从而为该类换热器的在役安全评估提供了参考。

Abstract:In this paper, a fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger that may exist with security risks was assessed in a Sinopec company. The general program for the heat exchanger was developed by using ANSYS parametric design language (AP- DL). It can be analyzed by the thermal structure coupled field in the indirect method. Respectively, the stress analysis data was obtained under the tube side pressure, shell pressure and thermal load that is in service conditions. According to JB4732 -95 steel pressure vessels design by analysis to analyze and check the data, the results showed that all components of the heat exchanger meets the check conditions, and the safety margins are greater than 1.23. It provides the reference for the safety assessment of the heat exchanger in service.
