摘    要:进入21世纪,我国铁路大面积提速,铁路维修也进入了机械化时代,而应用于道砟挖出、筛分的QS—650道砟清筛机的挖掘装置操作还是手动控制,清筛机驾驶员操作不方便,不灵活。应用PLC控制挖掘装置实现各种规定的动作,可以减轻操作人员劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,保证工作区间安全。通过PLC在清筛机挖掘装置控制中的应用,给出了详细的PLC程序设计过程,对于解决清筛机控制问题进行了有益的尝试,对提高铁路养护机械自动化程度有重要意义。

Abstract:During twenty-first century, railroad of our country has gotten speed-raising. Railway repairing entered the era of mechanization,but the digging machine applied to the ballast,screening of the QS-650 ballast screen scarifier digging device operation is still manual control,so the cleaning machine driver operation is not convenient and flexible. Using PLC to control the excavation device for the regular processing movements can not only save the energy of operating staff,but also enhance the working efficiency and safety of working processing. This paper introduced the application of PLC in hydraulic control for the excavation device of screen scarifier and all the PLC program design was shown in details. The research method of this paper is very good, the manual control prohlem solution provides a good tool for railway maintenance machin- ery, and improves that the degree of automation is important.
