大型复杂悬臂结构铝合金焊接变形控制研究

摘    要:研究的结构件为大型复杂悬臂结构铝合金焊接件,因其既有环焊缝又有纵焊缝,焊缝数量多,焊接变形量大,焊接变形趋势复杂,使得通常的工艺加工方法很难满足其设计性能要求。通过对影响焊接变形的几个因素进行详细分析,选择合理的焊接方法、焊接参数,采取有效的工艺措施,通过试验进行验证,圆满地解决了这一难题,此工艺方案完全适用于类似大型悬臂结构件的焊接。

Abstract:This paper discussed the big complex structure of welding cantilever structure, which has portrait and encircle welding seams with more quantity, large deformation and complicated deformation trends. Usually processing technology is very difficult to meet their performance requirements. In this paper, with detailed analysis factors of influence welding de- formation, then chose the reasonable welding method, parameters, effective process techniques to control welding deforma- tion. Through the validation of experiments, the results indicated that the process techniques are applicable to big complex structure of welding cantilever.
