凸轮数控车削加工中刀具摆动角度实时控制的研究

摘    要:采用数控车削加工凸轮,不仅能提高生产效率,而且能满足高质量的精度要求,但其中应解决3个关键技术问题。在采用数控车削加工中,凸轮随主轴旋转时刀具要高速往复移动,同时刀具工作的前、后角会发生变化,因此在切削过程中刀具要实时摆动以保证刀具工作前、后角一致,从而提高刀具使用寿命。分析了凸轮车削加工时刀具工作前、后角的变化,并建立了角度变化值的函数关系式,阐述了刀具变化角度实时控制的方法和措施。

Abstract:Machining cam by CNC turning can not only raise the production efficiency, but also can fill the high quality precision requirements, and to achieve the purpose, it was must be dealt with that three key technical matters. The tool moves hack and forth quickly to turning the cam,and ifs working rake angle and back angle changed during the cam revolv- ing, so the tool must waggle on real time to keep the angle unchanged, then can improve ifs service life. This paper analyzed the change of the tool working rake angle and back angle, and wrote out the angle modification function expressions, ex- pounded the real time control ways and measures about the variational angle.
