液压驱动隔膜泵控制系统总体设计

摘    要:液压驱动隔膜泵是一种新型的隔膜式浆体管道输送泵,具有广阔的应用前景。控制系统作为液动隔膜泵至关重要的组成部分,能否准确、灵敏、可靠地工作将直接影响液动隔膜泵的工作性能和隔膜的寿命。简介了液动隔膜泵的结构及工作原理,利用PLC对液动隔膜泵的控制系统进行了总体设计;分析了控制系统的组成和功能,介绍了各控制信号的获取方法和隔膜极限位置的控制方法。PLC控制系统能够保证液动隔膜泵的工作性能,使其运行平稳,调节灵活。

Abstract:Hydraulically driven diaphragm pump is a new type of diaphragm slurry transmission pump with great application prospects. The control system is the most important part of the hydraulically driven diaphragm pump,whose accuracy, sensitivity and reliability directly affect the pump's work performance and the diaphragm's life. The article briefly introduces the hydraulically driven diaphragm pump's structure and working principles, And finishes with the integrated design for the control system with PLC. It also analyses the composition and function of the control system . The access method of all the control signals and the control method of the limit position of diaphragms are presented. The control system can guarantee the equipment's work performance, which makes the smooth operation and flexible regulation .
