| Abstract: | Construct the modern university governance mode needs to follow the law of development of higher education, push forward the reform of the system for managing universities, eliminate many system and mechanism obstacles, strengthen and innovate the university management, and establish scientific and democratic internal supervision mechanism and an orderly external evaluation system and construct the modern university system with Chinese characteristics that adapt to the university innovation management system on the whole. |
