摘    要:本文使用 Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic(无碱型)薄壁圆筒材料(以下称 GFRP)制作车轮轮毂结构,并配合橡胶外垫作为保护部件,用以代替目前使用的充气式自行车轮胎。借助弹塑性力学基本理论,通过有限元分析方法对车轮进行“非线性屈曲”分析,得出在外荷载作用下,车轮轮毂的最大弹性变形量及轮毂在弹性限度内发生失稳破坏的荷载临界值,并与 GFRP 材料的抗拉强度及弹性模量值进行比对,论证了在安全范围内,该材料用作车轮轮毂的可行性。

Abstract:As used herein glass fiber reinforced plastic ( e - type) thin cylinder materials, ( hereinafter referred to as GFRP) making wheel hub structure, and as a protective pad with rubber outer parts to replace the current use of pneumatic bicycle tire. With the basic theory of elastic - plastic mechanics, finite element analysis method is to do the “nonlinear buckling” analysis. Obtained the maximum wheel hub and hub elastic deformation of the load threshold instability occurs within the elastic limit damage under external loads. And compare with GFRP material tensile strength and elastic modulus values demonstrated the feasibility of in a safe range, the material is used as a wheel hub.
