金属带式无级变速传动液压系统设计及仿真

摘    要:介绍了一种常用的无级变速传动VDT液压系统,并在此基础上设计出一种新型的无级变速传动DPC液压系统.对这两种CVT液压系统压力关断时的安全性以及换档切换性能进行了仿真比较分析.分析结果表明,DPC液压系统压力关断时的安全性,换档切换性能优于VDT液压系统.

Abstract:A typical VDT hydraulic system of CVT was introduced,and a new-type DPC hydraulic system was designed.Safety in case of pressure breakdown and shifting speed performance of these two hydraulic systems were compared by simulation.The analysis results show that safety in case of pressure breakdown,the shifting speed performances of DPC hydraulic system is prior to that of the VDT hydraulic system.
