摘    要:针对以磁粉制动器为执行器的带、线材类卷绕物在高速放卷过程中对张力控制的要求,提出了一种采用高脉冲的2象限PWM恒流斩波驱动技术,以提高磁粉制动器的快速响应能力,介绍了适于卷径大范围变化的简易自镇定张力控制算法,以及张力控制器的技术实现方案。理论分析与应用表明,该方案有很好的控制效果,技术实现容易、操作简便。

Abstract:Based on the tension control requirement in high-speed unwinding process which took magnetic powder brake as actuator,a two-quadrant pulse-width modulation(PWM) constant current chopper technique based on high pulse to improve rapid respond performance of the magnetic powder brake was presented,a simple tension self-stabilization control algorithm fits wide range variation was introduced,and the technical implementation scheme of the tension controller was proposed.Theory analysis and application indicate the scheme has good control performance,easily used and convenient operated.
