钢管倒棱机夹紧装置设计研究

摘    要:针对钢管在倒棱加工过程中,由于其长度及不直度的影响对夹紧装置的设计带来的困难,提出了采用固定夹紧和浮动夹紧相结合的夹紧方式,来解决钢管倒棱加工中的装夹难题.阐述了夹紧装置和新型浮动机构的设计原理和结构.研究结果表明,此夹紧装置能够避免钢管不直度的影响,提高钢管加工的质量.

Abstract:The clamping mechanism of the chamfering machine was designed, and the way of fixed clamping and floating clamping combined were presented, based on researching the effect of the length and bad straightness of the pipe. The principle and strcture of the clamping mechanism, and the new type floating mechanism were elaborated. The results show that the device can avoid the influence of bad straightness of the pipe and advance the machining quality.
