从传感器到ERP--实时生产制造管理信息系统

对于计算机集成制造系统以及现在提倡的工业企业信息化，其基础是工业企业基础自动化，关键是信息集成。制造企业信息集成的难度是很大的、根本原因在于缺乏实时关系型数据库的支持，底层设备的信息不能及时传送到上层管理部门。随着工厂实时关系型数据库的出现，以及工业企业基础自动化软件的发展，必将跨越从传感器到办公室之间的信息鸿沟。本文作者有感于美国Wonderare公司的FactorySuite套装软件系统的应用，从工业企业基础自动化、工业企业信息化和ERP等集成角度，简要介绍一种新的生产制造管理模式，即实时生产制造管理信息系统，它能够实现从传感器到ERP的有效信息集成。

From Sensors to ERP--Real-time Manufacturing Management Information System

For Computer Integration Manufacturing System (CIMS) and advocated Industrial Corporation Informational Technology Evolution (ICITE) now, their basis is enterprise basic automation, and the key is information integration. It is very difficult to integrate information in manufacturing industry because there is no real-time relation database, so information from the bottom devices can't be transmitted to management section. With emergence of real-time relation database, and development of advanced automation software, it is inevitable to stride over information barrier between sensors and offices. Based on the application system of FactorySuite software from Wonderware corporation in USA, oriented from information integration among enterprise basic automation, Industrial Corporation Informational Technology Evolution and ERP etc., a new manufacturing management mode, i.e., Real-time Manufacturing Management Information System, was introduced,which can effectively integrate information from sensors to ERP.
