| 摘 要： | 介绍了造气吹风气的回收工艺,及回收为企业创造的效益,从吹风气锅炉运行中灰尘的积累、弛放气的使用、锅炉本体配风及蒸发量等方面进行了全面细致地分析与探讨,并提出了进一步优化的措施,可以改善运行条件,提高运行热效率及热能综合利用效果。

| Abstract: | This article briefly introduces the recovery process of gas blowing system and the benefit from the process.The ash accumulation,usage of the town gas,the gas blowing distribution of the boiler and the evaporation capacity during boiler operation were analyzed and discussed in detail.Furthermore,means of optimization to improve the operation conditions were suggested so as to increase the thermal efficiency and comprehensive utilization of heat energy. |
