| 摘 要： | 针对农民因缺乏安全用电知识造成触伤亡这一问题，利用配电变压器低压侧中性点绝缘运行能提高用电安全性这种运行方式，着重分析了单相接地和断线时的中性点位移过电压，并提出了抑制过电压的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the features that isolated neutral-point operation of distribution transformer second side can enhance the safety of power utilization, shift over-voltage of neutral-point at both single phase earthed and broken is computed, and steps for limiting the over-voltage are presented. |
