| 摘 要： | 通过对理工科为主的大学兴办法学专业现象的分析，回答了理工科大学法学教育模式中的若干理论问题，诸如高等教育与法学教育、法学教育与素质教育、法学教育与职业教育等的关系，并建议将理工科大学的法学教研机构建成复合型人才的孵化和培养基地。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of foundation of law major at universities of science and technology,this paper discusses some theoretical problems of legal education at universities of science and technology,such as the relationships among higher education,characteristic education,professional education and legal education. The paper proposes that the legal sections of teaching and research at universities of science and technology become a centre in which law talents will be trained. |
