Abstract:(Bi1.975Li0.025)(Zn2/3Nb4/3–xZrx)O7 ceramics were prepared by a solid phase reaction method. The effects of Zr4+ doped on phase structure and dielectric properties of (Bi1.975Li0.025)(Zn2/3Nb4/3–xZrx)O7 ceramics were investigated. The results reveal that (Bi1.975Li0.025)(Zn2/3Nb4/3–xZrx)O7 ceramics have single monoclinal pyrochlore phase by XRD. With the increase of Zr4+ substitution amount, the permittivity decrease and tanδ increase gradually. It is discovered that a shift of the relaxation peak for the tanδ is obviously observed at –30~+130℃. A defect dipole model is used to explain the phenomenon relaxation. When x increases from 0.05 to 0.10 and 0.15 then 0.20, the peak temperatures of (Li-Zr)-doped samples are 43, 68, 47 and 59 ℃, respectively.
