临淮岗洪水控制工程设计关键技术及应用

摘    要:临淮岗洪水控制工程由主、副坝及多座泄水建筑物及通航建筑物组成,其工程布置复杂,设计难点众多,设计中结合水工模型试验及多项课题研究,采用开孔垂直联锁混凝土砌块、电解质式位移监测系统、薄层混凝土温控防裂、定位沉船截流等多项设计关键技术,成功解决了长吹程及高风浪条件下主坝坡面防护、软土地基筑坝施工期监测、建筑物加固裂缝控制、淮河截流等多项技术难题,为工程成功建设奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:Linhuaigang Flood Control Project is formed by a main dam,an auxiliary dam and flood discharge and navigation structures.Due to the complexity with design and project layout,key technologies such as vertical interlocking concrete revetment blocks with openings,electrolyte displacement monitoring system,thin-walled concrete structure for temperature and crack control and damming with positioned ship are employed during the design through hydraulic model experiment and special subject studies.Technical difficulties in slope protection of main dam under long blowing distance and high tide,monitoring of dam construction on soft foundation,crack control during structure reinforcement and damming of the Huaihe River are successfully tapped,which pays a solid foundation for successful completion of the project.
