| Abstract: | Issues related to quality management of water conservancy projects under the new situation are analyzed.From macro point of view,it is advised to form a framework for quality management system of water conservancy projects in China,based on diagnosis of the existing system.From micro point of view,a institutional arrangement model should be created innovatively from the angle of service management by focusing on people＇s livelihood for water development. |
