氨厂转化工序操作条件的优化

摘    要:采用过程模拟的方法对氨厂转化工序的工艺条件进行优化。以某厂现行生产条件为例,说明尽可能降低一段炉转化负荷,而由二段炉添加尽可能多的空气来使残余CH4转化,有利于节能降耗。然而对于凯洛格流程在使二段炉出口V(H2+CO)/V(N2)维持在2.9左右以满足NH3合成要求时,二段炉出口CH4含量应在0.4%~0.45%范围,才能得到最佳的节能降耗效果。通过对某厂现行生产条件的优化,按保守的估计年经济效益将超过90万元。

Abstract:Process conditions for the reforming section of an ammonia plant are optimized by process simulation.Take the current process conditions used in a given ammonia plant as an example.It is shown to be favourable for energy saving and consumption lowering that the duty on the primary reformer is reduced as low as possible while air is added as much as possible to the secondary reformer to make residual methane reformed.However,as for the Kellogg process,when the ratio of V(H 2 CO)/V(N 2)at the outlet of the secondary reformer is maintained at about 2 9 as required by NH 3 synthesis,CH 4 content at the outlet should be in a range of 0 4% 0 45% so as to achieve an optimal result of energy saving and consumption lowering.It is roughly estimated that an annual economic benefit may be over 0 9 million yuan by optimization of the current process conditions of the plant.
