电动汽车车载测试系统设计及应用

摘    要:为了获得电动汽车电机驱动系统可靠性考核中需要的关键参数,本文提出了一中基于CAN总线的车载测试系统的设计,并详细介绍了系统硬件构成和软件设计,同时对CAN总线的实现和系统误差进行研究。该系统能够同步采集模拟信号和CAN总线信号。而且该系统已经安装于北京121路公交车中的纯电动大客车上,连续无故障的运行了5个月,证明该系统具有高可靠性和强抗干扰能力。

Abstract:In order to obtain key parameters used to assess the reliability of the motor driving system for electric vehicle, the design of a vehicle test system based on CAN bus is developed, and the hardware component and software design of the system is introduced, at the same time, the implementation of the CAN bus and system error is studied. This system can synchronously acquire analogy signal and CAN bus signal. Furthermore the system mounted on the electric vehicle operating in the Beijing bus line 121 has trouble-free operated for five months, which proves this system has high reliability and strong anti-jamming capability.
