潘口水电站安全监理工作实践与问题探讨

水利工程施工存在点多面广、作业环境差、施工难度大等因素，危险源众多且危害大，安全监理工作十分重要。在潘口水电站的监理中，监理单位为了做好安全监理工作，首先认真分析了国家有关监理工作的法律法规，对监理单位的安全监理责任进行了分析，然后根据潘口水电站的具体情况提出了安全监理管理体系与措施。由于安全监理措施得当并得到有效实行，工程开工以来，实现了“零死亡、零重伤”的目标。

Discussion on safety supervision work and problems of Pankou Hydropower Station

Due to multiple construction points and wide area,poor construction environment,multiple risk sources and severe harm,the safety supervision of hydropower project construction is very important.In the supervision of Pankou Hydropower Station,the supervision unit firstly analyzes its safety supervision responsibilities according to the correlative national laws and regulations,and then puts forward the safety supervision management system and measures in the light of concrete condition of the project.Due to effective implementation of proper safety supervision measures,the goal of "zero death,zero severe injure" has been achieved since the beginning of the project.
